Sourcing/purchasing telecom site installation materials and other commodities ( Servers, Switch, Storage, IT infrastructure...), supplier’s evaluation / supplier base for telecom site materials and provide support to ensure on time execution and quality materials that meet or exceed our customer’s needs / expectations.
Ensure supplier utilization and understanding with process and system.
Responsible and accountable for tracking, monitoring and raising awareness as to the progress of projects and other initiatives set forth by Board of Director ( Sales Director, Sales Manager, Business Development Director, Operation Manager ..).
Promote collaboration and teamwork across functional business areas in order to achieve on time project success.
Perform related responsibilities and some office administration & sales support tasks as requested.
Establish supplier management for every commodities, supplier classification, and contract management.
Supplier benchmarking, drive cost reduction and cost optimization, support of outsourcing/ in sourcing or partnership deals, supporting sales to ensure implementation of best practices.
Prepare contract with supplier.

Yêu cầu khác

Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Trade, in Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management or related commercial fields.
3+ years of experience in International Business, Sourcing, Purchasing, Procurement, Import – Export Merchandising, QA and/or Logistics.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong oral and written communication & negotiation skills with fluency in English/Chinese.
Relevant industry experience related to Vietnam telecommunication industry is a plus.
Knowledge of manufacturing process and import sourcing practices / procedures is a plus.
